1. SELF-DISCOVERY FOR FUTURE-READY LEADERS
In this future-focused program, Dima guides participants through advanced personality assessments to uncover their unique leadership strengths. These tools provide insights into how they differ from others and highlight the distinct values they bring as leaders. The goal is to develop self-aware, empathetic, and adaptable leaders ready to inspire and drive impact in the ever-evolving landscape of 2025 and beyond.
2. COMMUNICATION TOOLS FOR IMPACTFUL LEADERSHIP
This program equips leaders with essential communication skills. Dima teaches participants to manage conflict effectively by enhancing emotional intelligence and turning workplace disagreements into opportunities for deeper connection and relationship-building. Leaders leave with the tools to communicate confidently and foster collaboration in any situation.
3. LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR HIGH-PERFORMING CULTURES

The program is delivered through four key formats: a 360° feedback survey for comprehensive self-assessment, personalized one-on-one coaching sessions, interactive workshops (available both in-person and virtually), and vibrant group discussions within an online community. Dima stays actively involved, providing ongoing support and guidance, helping participants navigate real work-related challenges, and ensuring they have the tools to grow and succeed every step of the way.

The 360° survey is designed to boost self-awareness, offering participants valuable insights into how they perceive themselves and how their managers, peers, and direct reports view their performance. After analyzing the results, Dima provides personalized feedback, discussing key areas for improvement and actionable steps to drive growth. As the program progresses, Dima reconnects with participants to review their progress and refine their action plans, offering additional sessions as needed to ensure continued development and success.
2. Over the course of the year, participants will engage in six interactive workshops, offered in a mix of in-person and virtual formats. These sessions are designed to deepen skills in the program’s three core areas. Each workshop will run for 3-4 hours, providing an immersive learning experience tailored to real-world leadership needs.
3. Each participant will engage in three personalized coaching sessions with Dima. The first session, held before the program begins, assesses participants’ readiness and sets individual goals. The second session focuses on reviewing 360° survey results and discussing progress within the program. The final session at the end of the year provides an opportunity to reflect on achievements and outline next steps for continued growth.
4. The online community chat creates a space for ongoing engagement and connection among participants and Dima. It enables continuous conversation, where participants can share insights, support each other, and receive regular feedback from Dima. This platform also hosts group discussions and serves as a hub for Dima to share valuable resources and updates between workshops, keeping the learning experience dynamic and collaborative.
PROGRAM OUTCOMES
The team presentation serves as the capstone experience of the program. Participants collaborate in small groups to develop and deliver proposals to the senior leadership team. Centered on strategic and creative improvement initiatives, these presentations will showcase innovative ideas aimed at taking the organization to new heights and strengthening its competitive edge. Dima will guide each group through the preparation process, fostering a supportive and safe environment where participants feel comfortable taking risks, making mistakes, and learning along the way.
